The day was warm and mostly cloudy. Isolated light rain and drizzle this morning and afternoon with scattered moderate showers during the evening a line of heavy thunderstorms moved through the Houston, TX area during the night. I witnessed lots of lightning with some close strikes and loud rumbles of thunder.
