Aug. 22 23

The day was hot, dry, and mostly cloudy. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning and afternoon. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the evening and night. It felt very warm, during the morning, evening, and night. It felt hot, during the afternoon. The wind speeds were light with moderate to moderately strong gusts and some occasional strong gusts of wind over 20 maybe 30 mph, during the morning, afternoon, and maybe evening. The wind speeds were light with maybe some moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the night. Houston, TX area saw scattered light to moderate showers during the morning and possibly the evening with some moderately heavy showers during the afternoon. I witnessed a light shower on my way to work in the West Houston area, during the late morning. From Tropical Storm Harold.

Thoughts: Glad to see most of the southeast Texas area and parts of Houston and Texas get some much needed rain. I had wished I could have seen more than a light shower but we have some low chances for rain late this week and next so maybe next time! Watching the tropics!

Locations: Copperfield, Montrose, 4th Ward, Downtown, Northwest, and West Houston, TX.
