 The day was partly cloudy with some isolated to scattered showers in the morning and early afternoon on the Houston area radar. I did not witness or see any rain. We do have some slight chances for rain this week.

Another line of heavy rain and thunderstorms passed through the Houston TX area during the early morning. Did not see any rain after that. It had looked like it had wanted to rain early in the afternoon but it didn’t. The last of the rain for awhile. Not sure when we are going to get any rain next.

A heavy band of showers and thunderstorms moved through the Houston TX area during the late morning. I only witnessed some light drops taking my dad back home from the hospital. We just barely missed it. A moderately heavy thunder shower did pass over our house very briefly during the late morning as well. I did not witness any other rain. The day was mostly cloudy and warm. There is another band of thunderstorms headed towards Houston, TX tomorrow!

 The day was partly cloudy and very warm. No rain. Possibly some short lived light to moderate showers in the morning or evening/night.

The day was mostly cloudy and warm. Finally got some rain this morning as a line of heavy showers and thunderstorms blew through the Houston, TX area. My sister said that she thinks the lightning struck here airplane! Other than a wet ride to work there was not much trouble given from the showers and thunderstorms. The rain ended around mid to maybe late morning. More wet weather ahead. Very excited!

 The day was partly cloudy and unbearably hot. More clear skies and heat. I saw some isolated light showers pop up on the radar in the morning or early afternoon. But no rain that I am aware of in the Houston, TX area today. Was hoping for some rain. We have a slight chance for rain forecast next weekend. Hoping we get it this time.

 The day was mostly sunny and unbearably hot. No rain in sight.

 The day was unbearably hot and partly cloudy with no rain in sight. 8 hours of driving through west and southwest Houston, TX, and Missouri City, and Katy, TX to get animals prepped for rescue transport.

Hoping Saturday’s forecast holds out and we get some rain for the Houston, TX area.

 The day was partly cloudy and very hot. There were a few isolated thunderstorms in around the Houston, TX area. Mainly south, during the evening that quickly dissipated. I saw a few storm clouds in Northeast Houston while at work but I did not experience any rain.

May. 5 22

 

The day was hot and humid in Houston, TX with heavy rain and possible severe thunderstorms during the late evening through the early night. I experienced heavy rain at the Petsmart that I was volunteering at in Katy, TX and then some heavy to moderately heavy rain with some low rumbles of thunder on my way home during the early night.

Note: It looks like record breaking heat and dry weather ahead. Hoping for some more rain or we have a possible really dry and hot summer ahead.

May. 4 22

 The day was mostly cloudy and hot. There was no rain in the Houston TX area that I know of. It did look like it wanted to rain through Friday the day. 

May. 3 22

 The day was mostly cloudy with isolated showers and maybe a possible thunder shower or storm. A moderately heavy shower passed over where the shelter I work in Northeast Houston, TX on my first day during my lunch break during the late morning between 10:30-11:30 am. I did not see anymore rain after that but it did look like it was going to rain again during the early/mid to late afternoon but it did not. There were some areas of Houston, TX that did look to have received some rain during the afternoon. The day was hot, humid, and mostly dry.

 The day was hot and partly cloudy. No rain that I know of in the Houston, TX area. Maybe a light shower or two.

There were isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening in the Houston, TX area. I experienced a few down pours on my way to and at BARC during the afternoon.  And I did hear one distant rumble of thunder while at BARC. No lightning. I did not see anymore rain after the afternoon at BARC.
