The day was very hot and partly cloudy, during the morning and afternoon. The sky became cloudy during the evening and heavy to very heavy thunderstorms passed through the Houston, TX area and flooding happened. Houston has not had this kind of rain in a while so this will definitely affect the ongoing drought conditions. And it is going to continue to rain throughout the rest of the week. YAY.
