The day was warm and mostly cloudy. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy through the evening and became partly cloudy sometime during the night. The wind speeds were moderate with moderately strong gusts. It felt warm during the morning and very warm during the afternoon. It felt a little cool during the evening and night. I did not see, feel, or hear about any rain drops anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day. Some areas may have received a brief light rain or drizzle. It had looked like it wanted to rain, during the morning and afternoon, but I did not witness or see any rain.
