The day was very hot, dry, and clear. The sky looked to be clear with possibly a few clouds, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I did not see, feel, or hear about any rain falling in any of the Houston, TX areas, during anytime of the day. It felt very warm, during the early morning and night. It felt hot, during the mid-morning and evening. It felt very hot, during the late morning. It felt unbearably hot, during the afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be light with possibly some moderate to moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. 

Thoughts: When the heck is it going to rain again??? Slim chances for rain tomorrow and there are fires sprouting everywhere.
