Mandatory water restrictions as being placed in my neighborhood. Not sure if you can see the sign.
The day was hot and partly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms during the morning, afternoon, and evening. I heard thunder during the afternoon or late morning and even saw a lightning strike during the evening with rain clouds. No rain where I was in the Houston/Conroe/Cypress area today. I did pass through a few light sprinkles on my way from Conroe to the Copperfield area where I live in Northwest Houston, TX, during the evening. Mandatory water restrictions are being placed for my neighborhood.
