The day was a little cool, wet and cloudy. During the morning, afternoon, and evening. It started to feel cool, almost very cool during the night. A huge cluster of light to moderate rain, sometimes moderately heavy to heavy rain passed over the Houston, TX area, during the morning and early afternoon becoming a steady light rain by the mid to late afternoon and finally leaving the Houston, TX area. Sometime during the evening or maybe early night. All this rain is definitely going to help stop the on going drought!
