The day was warm, cloudy, and mostly dry. It felt warm, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The sky looked to be cloudy to mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds were light with moderate and moderately strong gusts and some possible occasional strong gusts around 20 mph, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 40 to 60 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day and night. There were light to moderate showers in and around the Houston, TX area, during morning and afternoon. A band of moderately heavy and heavy showers and thunderstorms form and passed through Eastern Houston, TX areas, during the evening and early night. I witnessed on and off light and moderate rain where I was in the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Mainly during the evening and night where the light to moderate rain was more steady.
