The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 70 to 100 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day and a possible 10 to 30 percent chance for rain during the night. A cluster or wave of moderate thundershowers and heavy thunderstorms passed through the Houston, TX area, during the during the afternoon and early evening. Dissipating by the late evening. Thoughts: Really enjoyed seeing all the rain. It is getting pretty wet out there. Mosquitos are getting bad.
