The day was mostly cloudy and cold. It felt very cold during the morning. And cold during the early and late afternoon, evening, and night. It felt very cool, during the mid-afternoon. The sky looked to have become clear sometime during the afternoon or evening and remained clear through the night. No rain that I saw or witnessed for the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day. The wind speeds were calm with moderate gusts. There were still some areas with filled ditches and high water in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.

Locations: Katy, TX, Missouri City, TX. Montrose, Heights, and Northwest, West, Southeast, Southwest, and possibly south Houston, TX.
