The day was cold and mostly clear. The sky remained clear or maybe mostly clear throughout the day. It felt very cold, almost freezing and possibly freezing in some areas, during the early morning. It felt cold during the morning and early night. It felt very cool, during the afternoon and evening. It felt very cold during the late night. I did not see or feel any rain drops anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day. There were still some river flood warnings being issued from Tuesdays heavy rain.
