The day was cloudy and very cool. It felt very cold during the early and mid-morning. It felt cold during the late morning. It felt very cool during the afternoon, evening, and night. The sky was mostly cloudy, during the early and possibly mid-morning. I did not see or feel any rain drops anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day. There did look to be a cluster of light showers to the west of the Houston, TX area, when I checked the radar, during the late night. The wind speeds were calm.
