The day was mostly warm and partly cloudy with a little cool light wind. A line of heavy showers and thunderstorms passed through the Houston, TX area during the early morning. Winding down by the mid-morning before the clouds started to break up by the late morning and the sky became partly cloudy during the early afternoon and was partly cloudy through the evening and maybe cloudy during the night. Lightning show with loud thunder outside my bedroom window early in the morning before sunrise. I have not seen thunderstorms like that in a good while. It was fun to watch.
