The day was very cool in the early and mid morning. It felt cool during the late morning, evening, and night. and warm during the afternoon. The sky was mostly overcast with some breaks in the clouds during the evening and maybe night. No rain or drops that I witnessed anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area.
