The day was partly cloudy to mostly clear and freezing/unbearable cold. The sky was cloudy during the early morning. Becoming mostly cloudy and then partly cloudy to mostly clear sometime during the late, or maybe mid-morning. There was no rain or winter precipitation but I did find a few spots were the water on the ground completely iced over and witnessed some frost in my house’s backyard, during the early, or possibly mid-morning when I arrived from the house I was pet sitting.
