The day was cloudy and very cold. Becoming freezing during the late evening and unbearably cold by the early night. A line of light passed through the Houston, TX area during the early afternoon. The wind calm with some moderate gusts during the morning, afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds were gusty during the night.
