The day was partly cloudy and very cool. Cold during the early and mid-morning and night. There were a cluster of light to moderate showers to the south of the Houston, TX area during the morning and early afternoon. It looked like it was going to rain but I did not see or witness any rain in the Houston, TX area. That I remember. Maybe a few drops or a light shower somewhere. COLD this week!!! Blustery on Thursday???
