The day was really hot, partly cloudy, and dry. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds were light with moderate and some moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the early and mid-morning, late evening, and night. It felt hot, during the late early evening. It felt very warm, during the late morning. It felt very hot, during the afternoon. I did not see, feel, or hear about any rain drops falling anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
