The day was very hot, mostly clear, and dry. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the evening and night. The sky looked to be mostly clear, during the morning and afternoon. The wind speeds were light with moderate gusts and some occasional moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I did not hear about or see any rain drops falling anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
