The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate gusts, with some possible moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There looked to be isolated light to moderate rain with some moderately heavy to heavy rain in and around the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe night. I did not start to see any rain drops until the early evening, where I was at work in the Montrose area, during the early evening. I witnessed a steady light rainfall through the evening.
