The day was very cold, wet, and cloudy. Scattered light to moderate showers in the Houston, TX area, during the morning, late evening, and early night with occasional light to moderate showers and drizzle during the afternoon and possibly late night. It stayed cloudy all day. It felt freezing during the morning. It was very cold during the early and mid-afternoon, and night. It felt cold during the late afternoon and evening. The wind speeds were calm. Ice storms to the West and North of the Houston, TX area. The rain felt very cold when I was walking dogs that I was pet sitting for during the mid-morning. Almost felt like there were some small ice pellets or sleet. The temperature was in the high 30’s. For the most of the day. Only getting to the low 40’s during the afternoon.
