The day was mostly cloudy and cool. It felt very cold during the early morning and cold during the mid-morning and night. It felt very cool during the late morning, afternoon, and evening. I did not see any rain anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area. I may have felt a drop or two sometime during the late morning or afternoon but I am not sure.
Locations: Missouri City, TX, Sugar Land, TX, Copperfield, Bear Creek Park, Southwest, West, and Northwest Houston, TX.
