The day was mostly clear. Cloudy during the morning, or most of the morning, the sky became mostly clear or clear sometime during the early afternoon I believe and it stayed clear through the night. It felt very cold during the morning and night. And very cool during the early and maybe late afternoon and evening. It felt cool during the mid or maybe late afternoon. I did not see or feel any rain drops that I am aware of anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area. During anytime of the day.
