The day was cool and mostly clear. It felt very cold during the early and mid-morning, and night. It felt cold during the late morning and early afternoon. It felt very cool during the mid-afternoon and late evening. It felt cool during the late afternoon and early evening. The wind speeds were calm with maybe some moderate gusts. I did not see or feel any rain drops in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
