The day was mostly cloudy, very cool, and wet. It was mostly cloudy during the morning and afternoon as a cold front was moving through. The sky became partly cloudy during the evening and looked to remain partly cloudy through the night. Isolated light to moderate and moderately heavy showers passed through the Houston, TX area, during the early and mid-morning. The showers and possible thunderstorms got heavier towards the west side of Houston, TX and the Katy area, during the late morning and early afternoon. Then fizzled back down to light to moderate rain with some occasional moderately heavy rain as the isolated showers and possible thunderstorms passed through the rest of the Houston, TX area, during the mid and late afternoon and early evening. The wind speeds were moderate and chilly. It felt warm during the morning and then began to feel very cool during the early afternoon. It felt very cool during the mid and late afternoon and evening. It felt cold during the night.
