The day was very cool and partly cloudy. The wind speeds were calm. It felt cold during the early and mid-morning, evening, and night. It felt very cool during the late morning and afternoon. I did not see, feel, or hear about any rain drops anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area. During anytime of the day.
