The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm during the morning, evening, and night. It felt very warm, during the afternoon. I witnessed a brief light sprinkle, during the early morning on my way to meet the adoptions counselor in the Memorial area. I did not see, feel, or hear about any rain drops falling anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during any other time of the day. There may have been some brief isolated light to moderate showers in some areas.
