The day was partly cloudy, hot, and dry. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the early and mid-morning, late evening, and night. It felt very warm, during the late morning and early evening. It felt hot during the afternoon. The wind speeds were light to moderate with some possible moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I did not feel, see, or hear about any rain falling anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
