There were scattered light to moderate and moderately heavy to heavy showers and thunderstorms in and around the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I witnessed a good lightning show on my way home from work during the late evening and on and off moderate to moderately heavy showers in the 4th Ward and Montrose area, during the morning and afternoon.
