The day was partly cloudy, hot, and dry. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, and early evening. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the late evening and night. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate to moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the early and mid-morning. It felt very warm, during the late morning and early evening. It felt hot during the afternoon. Light to moderate showers started to pop up north of the Houston, TX area, during the early morning and regenerating during the late morning and early afternoon into moderately heavy to heavy thunderstorms around the Montgomery county area and continuing on through the late evening and possibly the night. A stray heavy thunderstorm just north of the Houston, TX area, started to head south during the late evening. Eventually passing over the house where I live in Copperfield, during the early night. I was glad to finally see some rain!
