The day was partly cloudy, dry, and very hot. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the early morning and night. It felt very warm, during the mid-morning and late evening. It felt hot, during the late morning and early evening. It felt very hot, during the afternoon. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate gusts, and some possible occasional moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There looked to be isolated clusters of light to moderate and moderately heavy showers south and northeast of the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There were heavy thunderstorms South and Northeast of the Houston, TX area, during the afternoon and evening. None of the rain seemed to reach much of the Houston, TX area. Possibly parts of the South and Northeast areas of Houston, TX may have received some rain. I did not witness any rain, where I was anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
