Jul. 6 23

The day was wet, warm, and mostly cloudy. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Light to moderate and moderately heavy to heavy rain showers and thundershowers passed through the Houston, TX area, during the mid-morning through the late evening bringing constant continuous rain to most areas. I witnessed on and off heavy rain and continuous on and off light to moderate rain with a flash or two of lightning and some distant low rumbles of thunder, during the early afternoon. Some areas may have experienced some moderate flash flooding. I did not see any flooding. Just some big puddles.

Locations: Montrose, Kimberley, Fanin, Copperfield, Norrhwest, and West Houston, TX.
