The day was hot, partly cloudy, and dry.The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, and evening.
 The sky looked to be clear, during the night. It felt warm, during the early morning and night. It felt very warm, during the mid-morning and late evening. It felt hot, during the late morning, afternoon, and early evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with maybe some moderate gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There were isolated light showers, during the morning, afternoon, and evening.I saw a heavy thunderstorm passed through the Katy area, during the evening. I think that was the only thunderstorm in or near the Houston, TX area, during the day. I saw a very brief light sprinkle heading into the 4th ward area, near Downtown, during the evening.
