Oct. 11 23

The day was cool, wet, and mostly cloudy. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning and early afternoon. The sky looked to have started to become partly cloudy during the mid-afternoon and looked to be partly cloudy through the evening and possibly the night. It felt a little cool, during the morning, mid and late afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cool, during the early afternoon. The wind speeds were light with occasional moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Moderate to moderately heavy rain moved up through the Houston, TX area during the morning and through the early afternoon. From a tropical system in the Gulf of Mexico. There may have been some brief drizzle and light rain, during the rest of the afternoon and evening. I may have witnessed some brief light rain during the mid, or late afternoon or evening. No lightning or thunder or any flooding or damaging winds that I know of or heard about.

Thoughts: Lets keep getting this rain. At least once a week will keep the drought away and the plants happy!!!

Locations: Copperfield, Montrose, Northwest, and West Houston, TX.
