The wind speeds looked to be light with possibly some occasional moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. Possibly some light drizzle during the early through mid-morning in the Houston, TX area followed by a huge wave of light to moderate and some moderately heavy showers in and around the entire Houston. TX area, during the mid to late afternoon, evening, and through the night.
Thoughts: Lots of rain we should beat that drought now!
