The day was mostly cloudy, dry, and very cool. The sky looked to be partly cloudy during the morning. The sky looked to have become mostly cloudy, during the afternoon and stayed mostly cloudy through the evening and night. It felt very cool, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds looked to be calm or light with maybe an occasional moderate or moderately strong gust, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I don’t believe there were any chances for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day or night. I don’t believe I saw any rain on the Houston, TX radar, during the day or night. Maybe possibly some light showers to the northwest of the Houston, TX area. Especially during the night. I did not personally witness any rain drops where I was in the Houston, TX area, during the day or night.
