The day was mostly clear, dry, and cool. The sky looked to be clear, during the morning and night. The sky looked to have become partly cloudy during the afternoon and became clear sometime during the early or late evening. It felt very cool during the early morning and night. It felt cool during the mid and late morning, afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds looked to be light with possibly some occasional moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There did not look to be any chances for rain in the Houston, TX area during the day or night. I did not see any rain in or near the Houston, TX radar, during the day or night. I did not feel, see, or hear about any rain drops falling anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area during anytime of the day.
