The day was cloudy, dry, and cool. The sky looked to be cloudy during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt very cool during the early and mid-morning and night. It felt cool during the late morning, afternoon, and evening. The wind speeds looked to be light during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There did not look to be a chance for rain for the Houston, TX area during the day or night. I did not see any rain on the Houston, TX radar during the day or night. I did witness continuous moderate drizzle where I live in the Copperfield area during the early and mid-morning. And then some more brief light drizzle during the late evening at work in the Montrose area.
Thoughts: It was a much cloudier and cooler day than I was expecting. And I did not see any chances for rain but I did see drizzle so may have been more moisture in the clouds than expected as well.
