Oct. 31 23

The day was mostly clear, very cool, and mostly dry. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy during the morning. It looked to have become clear or mostly clear during the early afternoon and became clear sometime during the late afternoon or evening and stayed clear or mostly clear through the night. It felt very cold during the early morning. It felt cold during the mid and late morning and late night. It felt very cool during the afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds were light with possibly some moderate or moderately strong gusts during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 40 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area during the morning I believe. A few remaining clusters brought light to moderate rain and drizzle during the early and mid-morning. Tapering off during the late morning. To most of the Houston, TX area if not all. Maybe mostly Western and Central Houston, TX. I witnessed light to moderate rain and drizzle in the Jersey Village area, during the early and mid-morning.

Thoughts: Pretty cold and dreary morning. It was really hard to go outside.

Locations: Castlebridge, Jersey Village, TX, Copperfield, Montrose, Northwest, and West Houston, TX.
