Mar. 21 24

The day was mostly cloudy, warm, windy, and wet. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt a little cool, during the morning, evening, and night. It felt warm, during the afternoon. The wind speeds were light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 100 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day and a 40 to 60 percent chance for rain, during the night. There were scattered lines of moderate to moderately heavy and heavy lines of showers and thunderstorms passing through the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I witnessed on and off light to moderate and moderately heavy rain, during the morning and possibly the afternoon with some moderate and moderately heavy rain in Northwest Houston, TX where I was during the evening and early night. There was a line of severe heavy thunderstorms on its way towards the Houston, TX area, during the late night, but had not reached the Houston, TX area quite yet.

Thoughts: A very active day. I did not expect to see so much rain and thunderstorms but we have been getting some pretty active weather lately this year which is awesome! Looking forward to seeing more heavy rain/severe weather for the Houston, TX area.

Locations: Copperfield, Montrose, Autumn Oaks, Norrhwest, and West Houston, TX.
