The day was mostly cloudy, warm, and wet. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the early and mid-morning. The sky looked to have become partly cloudy, sometime during the early afternoon or possibly the late morning and stayed partly cloudy through the afternoon. The sky looked to have become mostly cloudy, sometime during the evening or early night and stayed mostly cloudy through the late night. It felt warm, during the morning, afternoon, and early evening. It felt a little cool, during the late evening and early night. It felt cool, during the late night. The wind speeds were light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There was a 30 to 50 percent chance for rain for the Houston, TX area, during the day and maybe a 10, or 20 percent chance for rain during the night. There were scattered isolated light to moderate and moderately heavy showers with some possible thunder in and around the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, and possibly the evening and night. I witnessed light to moderate and moderately heavy rain on my way to work in the early morning and then another moderate to moderately heavy shower at work in the Montrose area, during the late morning. I did not see anymore rain after that.

Thoughts: We got pretty good rain for the Houston, TX area.

Locations: Spring Green, Hockley, TX, Montrose, Copperfield, Northwest and West Houston, TX.
