The day was partly cloudy and warm. It felt cool, during the early and mid-morning, and late night. It felt a little cool, during the late morning and early night. It felt warm during the afternoon and evening. The sky looked to be partly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe night. The wind speeds were light with some possible occasional moderate wind gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. I did not see, feel, or hear about any rain falling anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
