The day was mostly cloudy, warm, and windy. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt a little cool during the early morning. It felt warm during the mid and late morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds were light with moderate gusts, during the morning and early afternoon, and maybe night. The wind speeds were light with moderate to moderately strong gusts, during the late afternoon and evening. There were isolated light to moderate showers in and around the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. With a possible severe heavy thunderstorm in the Katy area, during the evening and early night. I witnessed a light to moderate shower outside the house where I was sleeping, in the Eagle Lakes area, during the early morning around 2, or 3 AM. And another light to moderate shower on my way from work in the Montrose area to the Katy area far West Houston, TX, during the late evening. With some possible brief drops at work in the Montrose area, sometime during the afternoon.
