The day was cloudy, cool, and wet. The sky looked to be cloudy during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cool, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds were light with moderate to moderately strong gusts in between showers and thunderstorms. There were numerous showers and thunderstorms scattered throughout the Houston, TX area, throughout the day, from the morning through the evening. Nothing severe this time I don’t think. But I did get caught in a brief heavy shower walking dogs in downtown Houston, during the evening. And I did see some flashes of lightning and heard low rumbles of thunder when I was walking dogs in the Braeswood area, during the late night.
