The day was warm and mostly cloudy. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe night. The wind speeds looked to be light with possibly some moderate gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. It felt cool during the early and mid-morning and night. It felt warm during the late morning, afternoon, and evening. Scattered light to moderately heavy and heavy showers and thunderstorms passed over most of the Houston, TX area, during the afternoon and evening.
