The day was mostly cloudy and a little cool. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The wind speeds were calm with moderate gusts. It felt cool during the early and mid morning, late evening, and night. It felt a little cool during the late morning and early evening, and warm during the afternoon. I did not see, feel, or hear about any rain falling anywhere in or near the Houston, TX area, during anytime of the day.
