The day was partly cloudy and very warm. The sky looked to be partly cloudy during the late morning, afternoon, and maybe evening. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy during the early and mid-morning and night. The wind speeds were light with moderate gusts. It felt a little cool during the early and mid-morning and late night. It began to feel very warm during the late morning. It felt very warm during the afternoon. It felt warm during the evening and maybe early night. A cluster of light to moderately heavy and heavy showers and thunderstorms passed over parts of the Houston, TX area during the early and mid-morning and then again during the night. I witnessed a heavy thunderstorm during the early morning and a thunder shower during the early night where I was staying in Braeswood, Houston, TX. And I saw flashes of lightning and heard low rumbles of thunder throughout the rest of the night in Braeswood and Downtown Houston, TX.
