The day was warm and mostly cloudy. The sky looked to be mostly cloudy, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and early night. The sky looked to be mostly clear during the late night. The wind speeds were light with moderate gusts and occasional moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and maybe night. It felt warm during the morning, afternoon, evening, and early night. It felt very cool during the late night. There was some dense fog as we were driving from Houston towards Mexia Texas during the night. There were a few isolated light to moderate showers in and around the Houston, TX area during the late morning and early afternoon. I drove through a light sprinkle in the Montrose area, during the early afternoon. And we drove through an isolated heavy thunderstorm moving/forming over the Huntsville area, during the early night.
