The wind speeds looked to be light with moderate and moderately strong gusts, during the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. There were isolated light to moderate showers in and around the Houston, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, and evening. I drove through some on and off light to moderate rain as I was traveling around the Katy, West Houston, and Cypress, TX area, during the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Thoughts: Still not as much rain as advertised but Houston needed the break.
